The basis of GPIs Business excellence Service is GPIs 9P Approach which defines our knowledge base and sets the standards by which we measure and organisations aspire to attain.

The three elements of our business excellence service are:

GPI Healthcheck: the starting point where we analyse your business against best practice.
GPI Business Excellence Consultancy: where we work closely with you to analyse and implement specific improvements.
GPI Business Excellence Training: workshops, seminars and training events to help you understand and implement the best practices for your business.

  • In the 'GPI Healthcheck' we hold face-to-face meetings with one or more key people. Using our extensive background knowledge of business best practice and process improvement models we question you in a structured way about your business model and your working practices to identify areas for improvement. We analyse the information and present you with our findings.
  • After confirming and agreeing the findings, we will work with you to implement quick wins and develop prioritised improvement plans and activities.
  • We will support your improvement activities and transfer skills according to your needs.
  • We work with you to measure the impact of the changes you make to confirm that the desired results have been delivered.
  • We will help you put in place organisational structures to sustain your improvements and to support future improvement initiatives.
