Service Packages
Together with you we devise a bespoke service package depending on your requirements, selected from one or more of the following elements:

Analysis

  • Baseline Review (GPI Critical Business Excellence Healthcheck, CMMI Gap Analysis, Initial EFQM RADAR Assessment)
  • Analysis of specific practices such as Risk Management, Supplier Management, Sustainability, Measurement, Reporting

As part of any analysis, GPI produces a report of strengths and weaknesses, identifying and prioritising opportunities for improvement.

Training

  • Training can range from formal classroom-style training courses to individual one-on-one desk training; topics range from full individual model overviews down to specific methods and practices.
  • We can deliver 'train the trainer' courses and online interactive courses tailored for individuals if required.


Products

  • GPI can advise on or, if required, actually develop any products required to implement the desired working practices. These may include process definitions, document templates, checklists, policies, reports, measurement definitions, standards etc. We generally recommend that, in order to embed the knowledge and understanding within your business, you develop these products yourself with our input as required.
  • Improvement implementation plans.


Support

  • Advice, Guidance, Hints & Tips, on best practice and how to implement it e.g. business model generation, project management techniques, balanced scorecard, effective meetings, problem solving. Face-to-face, online or telephone support available.
  • Help with practical implementation and project management of the improvement programme.


Assessments

  • Interim Assessments to measure progress against your improvement targets - as defined by specific models (e.g. CMMI or EFQM) or by GPI as a result of a previous Analysis or Assessment.
  • Formal and Informal Assessments usually to re-baseline or confirm achievement of your final improvement targets as defined by a specific model or by GPI.
